Welcome to Progeny Winery, located in the Mt. Veeder AVA, 15 minutes from Downtown Napa. Open by prior appointment only, we offer a variety of wine tasting and culinary experiences Monday through Sunday in our award-winning Hospitality Center.

Estate Wine & Food Pairing
Guests will enjoy four of our Reserve wines, each paired with small plates of the freshest seasonal ingredients. Sit and enjoy an intimate winery setting, while marveling at the expansive vineyard views and surrounding Mount Veeder landscape during this ultimate educational wine and food pairing experience.
Reserve Cabernet Library Tasting
As you sample a vertical of five vintages, we guide each guest through the varying degrees of Mount Veeder and Napa Valley growing patterns, showing how each season impacts the wines. This rare opportunity to taste limited library vintages will please the most discerning Cabernet lover. Add on the optional food pairing and have this accompanied by thoughtfully prepared savory bites from our Estate Chef John Gerber.
Wine & Cheese Pairing Experience
Our Chef, John Gerber, sampled over 80 different cheeses to select exceptional tableside pairings to compliment the four limited-production wines, including the latest release of our Estate Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon.
Classic Progeny Tasting
We include the latest vintage of Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, as well as a library vintage. This will introduce you to several of our Progeny wines, which only tasting room visitors and our mailing list may obtain.
Al Fresco Picnic Tasting Experience
Soak in the breathtaking vineyard views and Mount Veeder landscape as you enjoy our signature wines. Your experience will include a countryside picnic spread of suggested pairings from Estate Chef John Gerber to perfectly complement our limited-production Progeny Wines.
