2014 Progeny Trinity Blanc

This wine is non-malolactic, sur lie aged with bâtonnage, aged in stainless steel, neutral French oak with a light touch of new French oak for a rich and balanced mouthfeel. In appearance, this wine is light gold with a green hue and excellent clarity. Showcasing aromas of honeycomb, white peach and tangerine intermingled with dried wild flowers. Delicate flavors of nectarine, honeysuckle and candied pineapple compliment the balanced acidity with great mid-palate length.

Trinity Rouge

2013 Progeny Trinity Rouge

Aged for 22 months in French oak and 24 months in bottle, the second vintage of the Trinity Rouge makes a powerful comeback with the highly acclaimed 2013 Vintage. Ruby red with a medium purple tone, this wine jump s from the glass with aromas of smoked cherry, blackberry kirsch, subtle graphite notes with a hint of cracked peppercorn. Displaying sweet and savory notes of grilled meats, toasted vanilla and cherry fruit compote with a balanced acidity to tannin ratio rewarding the drinker with a luscious mouthfeel.

Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

2013 Mt. Veeder Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

This vintage has great richness and structure. Following our traditional extended aging program of 22 months in French Oak and 24 months in bottle to tame the mountain tannins from the Mt. Veeder AVA. Displaying a very dark red/purple color with opaque center. This cuvée has complex aromas of wild blackberries, violets, cured tobacco leaf, wet stone and crème de cassis. Upfront on the palate, layered flavors of black cherry, ripe plum and a touch of black licorice take charge, while juicy black currants and anis linger on the long velvety finish. This wine is an excellent example of elegance, power and balance.
